OUR APPROACH
Our person-centred approach means we always go the extra mile in order to create care packages that are tailored to our patients' needs. We begin by arranging an initial face-to-face consultation in order to get your input and to understand your specific requirements. Held in your own home or in hospital, we'll meet with you, your family and where applicable, your GP or medical team, to discuss your care needs. We'll then carry out a home risk assessment before developing a care package specific to you and your circumstances.
As well as creating care packages to suit our patients' needs, we also offer flexible options that can be adapted if circumstances change. Our stringent recruitment process means you can rest assured knowing we only offer highly trained, professional and compassionate carers and support Assistants.
